Concordia Seminary Chorus Announces Alaska Tour
The Concordia Seminary Chorus, under the direction of Rev. Henry V. Gerike, has announced a historic tour to Alaska that will take place May 20-24, 2001. All members of the Chorus are Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, students who are preparing to serve as pastors in The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. The Chorus will provide evening sacred concerts which include prayer, Scripture reading and congregational singing. In one congregation, the Chorus will offer vocal selections during Sunday morning worship services.
