Concordia Seminary Provides Audio Files from LCMS Installation Service
The worship service during which Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) officials elected at the July LCMS Convention were installed took place Saturday, Sept. 8, in The Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus on the Concordia Seminary, St. Louis campus.
Among those installed at the service was newly elected LCMS President, Rev. Gerald Kieschnick. Following the service, an inaugural address to the church was given by President Kieschnick.
Rev. Arleigh Lutz, President of the North Wisconsin District of the LCMS served as the preacher. He utilized I Corinthians 2:1-5 as the text for his sermon titled, "A Place to Stand."
