Fresh Ideas Chef Tony Ralphs has created a new burger in honor of Seminary President Dr. Dale A. Meyer that will be added to the dining hall’s a la carte menu soon. The “Opa Burger” will be a pub-style patty on an onion roll with sliced blue cheese, bacon, onion, pickle, tomato and lettuce. Several faculty and staff took part in a recent tasting along with Meyer to help select the type of bun, meat and toppings that will be featured on the burger.
