Concordia Seminary's Campus Anniversary Celebration Available Over Internet

Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, is pleased to announce that both celebration activities on Wednesday, June 13, associated with the 75th Anniversary of its campus will be broadcast live on radio station KFUO, 850 AM. Those with Internet access also may listen to the morning and evening celebration events by visiting KFUO's Web site (www.kfuo.org) and clicking on the "listen to KFUO live" button on the Web page.

At 9:00 a.m. (central time) on June 13, a worship service will be held in the Seminary's Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus. Dr. John F. Johnson, president of Concordia Seminary, will serve as preacher in the service, and former Seminary president, Dr. Ralph A. Bohlmann will serve as lector.

At 7:00 p.m. (central time) on June 13, a "Festival of Remembrance and Service of Evening Prayer" will be held in the Seminary's Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus featuring select musicians from the St. Louis area Lutheran high schools, intriguing historical vignettes highlighting significant events on the campus over the past 75 years, an address on the future direction of Concordia Seminary by Dr. John F. Johnson and a procession by representatives from classes which have graduated from the current campus.

"We also want to express thanks to KFUO for their partnership in making this celebration available to a much wider audience.
