Leadership, coaching workshop offered for church workers
Event set for Aug. 13-15
As a church worker, what would help you the most in ministry? A way to lead without being controlling? A helpful way to develop people and grow leaders? A positive way to handle accountability issues? A powerful way to empower people? If you said “yes” to any of these then the answer probably is coaching.
Please join us for the three-day workshop “Leadership Training and Coaching: For All Professional Church Workers” Aug. 13-15 with Rev. Scott Gress, a certified leadership coach.
The workshop is open to pastors, school administrators, directors of Christian education and other church workers who desire:
- To be more effective with those they lead
- To learn a servant-hearted approach to leadership
- To explore practical ways to empower and develop those with whom they serve
- To be even more productive
Gress has a master’s degree in organizational leadership and has trained with The Coaches Training Institute, Internal Impact and Coach Approach Ministries. He is the author of A Christian Coaching Guidebook: How To Come Alongside Others For Ministry Results and hosts The Coaching Leader podcast.
Space at the workshop is limited to the first 27 participants. Registration is $125, and the registration deadline is Aug. 9.
