Rev. Michael Redeker Begins Service as Admission Counselor
The Office of Admission and Ministerial Recruitment at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis is pleased to announce the addition of Rev. Michael Redeker in the position of Admission Counselor. Rev. Redeker began his new responsibilities on August 25. In this position, he will assist the Seminary and the church in the effort to identify, inform, and encourage appropriate candidates for the Office of the Holy Ministry.
Rev. Redeker received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and his M.Div. degree from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 1995. Since then, he has been pastor of a dual parish: St. Paul, Bowler, Wisc. and Zion, Eland, Wisc. Prior to enrollment at Concordia Seminary, he served as an agent for Lutheran Brotherhood and in other sales positions.
Rev. Redeker joins Rev. Scott Sailer, Director of Ministerial Recruitment and Rev. David Faulkner, Admission Counselor, in the Office of Admission and Ministerial Recruitment.
Rev. Redeker and his wife, Mary, both natives of Wisconsin, have four children.
